Our in-house pattern design team carefully adapts our clients' own patterns to meet production requirements. Our experienced team selects the most suitable printing technique for the pattern, taking into account factors such as fiber type, pattern structure, color combinations, technical constraints, and the expected performance of the final product.

Expert Touch on Designs
The template printing process, which is the first and most important stage of the rotary printing process, is carried out within Zeynar Tekstil. In the sample printing department, customer samples are prepared before production by working on the correct recipe combinations for patterns dyed according to the desired colors. After receiving approval for these samples, production begins. The color checks of the patterns are done in light booths, in accordance with the standards, and the patterns undergo quality control.

All the paints and chemicals we use comply with the scope of our certifications. In line with our sustainability principle, 50% of the water used in the washing process after reactive printing is not discharged into the wastewater channel, but is reused in the washing process. Additionally, an automatic paint consumption calculation is made based on the pattern and variant in our facilities, ensuring that the resulting paint waste is kept to a minimum.
