Dyeing
In our facility, as with all our production processes, we carry out fabric dyeing operations with an environmentally conscious approach.
Our fabric dyeing methods include:
- Reactive dye
- Disperse dye
- Acid dye
During production, we use dyes and chemicals that comply with REACH, Oeko-Tex 100, ZDHC MRSL, GOTS, and Bluesign BSBL requirements. Throughout the fabric dyeing and finishing processes, we conduct intermediate inspections in our advanced laboratory. At the end of the process, we perform a thorough quality control to ensure the fabrics are ready for shipment to the customer.
Our HT dyeing machines, which operate with low liquor ratios, are suitable for ecological production. All chemicals used are transferred to the dyeing tanks according to the recipe quantities via an automated liquid chemical system, ensuring a hands-free process for fabric dyeing. Thanks to our advanced technology production line, we maintain both the desired dye quality and sustainable production standards without compromise. Additionally, our dyeing tanks are adjustable to various volumes based on the required amount, making them suitable for both sample works and high-volume operations.
Our Painting Process
The first stage of the dyeing process is the color study phase. In the dye laboratory, color studies are conducted using dyes suitable for the type of fiber, taking into account all fastness requirements and certification standards. These studies are meticulously recorded. Thanks to our dye laboratory, which operates with an automatic pipetting system, a high level of color accuracy and consistency is achieved.
Color inspections are carried out with precision, both visually in light cabinets within a dark room under the specific lighting conditions requested by the customer, and using a spectrophotometer. The colors and test values of each production batch are recorded, and color continuity is constantly monitored.
