An Expert Touch on Designs

The first and most crucial stage of the rotation printing process, screen engraving process, is carried out by Zeynar. In the sample printing department before bulk production, samples are prepared according to the color combinations of the customer with the correct recipe combinations.After the approval of these samples, final production starts. The color controls of the designs are carried out in light cabinets following the standards, and the prints are subjected to quality control.


All the paints and chemicals comply with the scope of our certificates. Following our sustainability principle, 50% of the water used in the washing process after reactive printing is not given into the wastewater channel and reused in the washing process. In addition, automatic dyestuff consumption calculations are done in our facilities according to the design and colourway, ensuring that the dyestuff waste is kept at a minimum level.
